The French Influence

Popular artists Paul Schulenburg, Susan Overstreet, Andrea Petitto and Dale Michaels Wade will present plein air work and studio paintings inspired by the magnificent rivers and cliffs, and the charming villages of the French countryside. These painting comrades traveled together and inspired each other to create exceptional works to bring back home to all of us on this side of the Atlantic.

Join us for a casual panel discussion and Q&A from 3 to 4 and a taste of the French countryside from 4 to 6 on Saturday, December 3rd. The exhibition includes plein air works and paintings finished in their studios. We are pleased to have these artists join our long tradition of a French connection started by John Murphy and Olivier Suire Verley. Schulenburg will also present works from his time in Spain and Italy.
